“Self-inflicting artificial deadlines”… something that can occur in any area of our life. I have struggled in writing journal entries or sharing my experience, strength, and hope because sometimes I get too caught up in thinking I ‘should’ say something meaningful or profound… I sometimes feel like i impose artificial responses .
